 Prior to founding Kost Consulting in 1996, Michael J. Kost was President of Travelers Plan Administrators, working exclusively with large businesses, which self-funded their Health and Dental benefit programs.  Over the past ten years, Kost Consulting has developed a diverse and extensive service platform which provides corporate clients with the complete spectrum of products and services necessary to assure the best employee benefit package available today.

Mike is active in a number of educational, business and community organizations, including three Chamber of Commerce groups, Sales & Marketing Executives of Cleveland and the Cleveland Organization of Small Enterprises (COSE).
